Questions and Answers
How does the process work?
I bring all the necessary grooming equipment to your location, including a grooming table, blow dryer, soap, etc.

All I require from you is access to a tub or sink for washing your dog. If space in your home is limited for a grooming table, I'm flexible and can utilize any suitable surface like a countertop or table. I'll bring a grooming arm that can be easily attached to ensure a secure and comfortable grooming experience for your furry friend.
How does the clean-up process work?
During the grooming process, I make sure to clean up all the hair and take any waste with me when I leave.
For double-coated dogs, using a blow dryer can cause hair to circulate in the air. To minimize cleanup efforts, I recommend grooming in a bathroom. This way, the confined space helps contain the hair, making the overall cleanup more manageable.
How does setting up an appointment work?
Feel free to reach out to me at 516-513-9759. When messaging, kindly provide your name, your dog's breed, age, and a general location for me to estimate pricing. Prices vary based on factors such as distance, breed, temperament, and the condition of their coat.

Before the appointment, inform me of any medical conditions your dog may have. We can discuss the desired haircut either in person or over text, and you're welcome to send pictures for reference.

I'll have you fill out a one-time grooming contract, allowing me to understand your dog's needs better.

Let me know your preferred days and times for an appointment, or I can share my availability. Advanced bookings and recurring appointments are common among my clients.

Please understand that unforeseen circumstances, like appointments running over or traffic, may cause slight delays. I do my best to be punctual, but working with individual animals with diverse needs requires flexibility.

I typically handle messages during morning or evening hours when I'm available at home. Your patience is appreciated, as I devote my full attention to each dog during grooming sessions.
